As noted here, Firefox Accounts is only currently available for use by
Mozilla-owned services and is not yet available for third-party
authentication:

I'm interested in hearing about your use-case though, since I hope that we
can one day open up the system more broadly.  What are you working on at
translate.systemico.co that you'd like to integrate with Firefox Accounts?
