We would like to host a branch of the Gaia email app as a privileged
app in the Marketplace. We think we might be able to do it now that
the moz-extremely-unstable-and-will-change-webcomponents permission
exists.

What is the process for getting a privileged app that uses this new
permission into the Marketplace?

I tried just uploading to the Marketplace using my Firefox account
tied to my Mozilla email address, but that did not work, as I would
expect. There likely needs to be some other special handling for apps
that use that permission.

Some other notes:

1) This app would be unlisted and short-lived, on the order of a
couple months. We only want to use it to get some early testing and
feedback and eventually remove it from the Marketplace once we land
the changes in gaia master.

2) Ideally we could just target devices that are running latest master
or B2G 2.5 code, as the email code assumes related Gecko/JS engine
support that corresponds to master/2.5.
