It is important to show we can do as good as we used to when we were under partner pressure. Doing good is part of our code ? No ! Doing GREAT is part of our life ! Again, we will make it happen. Driving down to “zero” is our goal and focusing on eliminating the P1s is the most important right now. My recommendations are: - Fix your P1s - Help your colleagues to fix their P1s - Don’t delay reviews - Move to P2 and P3 if none of the previous are actionable. We’ve been through this exercise multiple times in the past 3 years. It is hard work but I know how professional our team is. Please reach directly to me and Ken for any question.
