We had no major thoughts behind this - it was a step release to our next 
generation user experience we want to build. Based on the features that we 
targeted for that release, it sounded like a right version number to give.

Moving forward we want to avoid giving releases a version number before we know 
exactly what is going to make it for that specific release - we will move 
towards a real train model.
