it should be implemented in such a way that if whatsapp can’t be used, it will
not be visible in Marketplace (leverage getFeature, I think). I.e. if you are
on a device that has the capabilities (either has ACL or can install ACL), then
whatsapp are searchable and discoverable in the Marketplace app.
The URL is still accessible but from a user perspective it’s not a nice
experience to find whatsapp but not able to install it so therefore we ‘hide’
by filtering it out when it can’t be installed.
