*Presence at Gaia Weekly* In order to keep everyone up to date on where we are in the project, rather than introduce another meeting to your calendar we will leverage the Gaia Weekly meetings. We'll try to have presence every week in both the NA and Asia meetings. *Open Design Process Trial* In a bid to be open by default, we are trialing the use of GitHub to post design ideas/spec drafts for feedback. Please be patient with us as designers and PMs are far from experts. However your feedback in our approach is absolutely welcome. Stay tuned for an update when we get the first content up. *Open Meeting Minutes* We have a team of employees working on some product definition deliverables over the next few months. However, we want to ensure that anyone (Mozilla employed or otherwise) can get involved if they want. The first part is making our meeting minutes discover-able. They are now accessible via the project wiki <https://wiki.mozilla.org/Project_Alopex> and can be found here <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Cakgu0n-nJfIE1VXTgwFJ5d9KFsN1toy8O16TVhrQOM/edit#>. *(Please note that we're trying to go through to ensure that links within the minutes are also publicly accessible and that that is the default going forward. For NDA reasons these will remain closed to Mozilla employees.
