On https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1219213 (which
regrettably has a confidential marker on it), the email app on v2.2 is
seeing a QuotaExceededError being thrown at startup (possibly shortly
after reboot) after having placed ~5 megs of Files into its IndexedDB
database. The reporter is able to reproduce on a device and in the FxOS
v2.2 simulator, although I have not yet been able to reproduce in the
simulator[1].
Before I dig into this too much, I just wanted to make sure no one else
is already investigating this class of problem. I'm expecting the
problem to be the QuotaManager not knowing the email app should get
infinite quota, having miscalculated email's disk usage, or having one
of its hard free-space limits erroneously applied.

1: The simulator failure is interesting because I don't think it would
be running multiprocess, which eliminates a lot of potential races one
might expect.
