Yes both are different. What i reported on the bug (
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1220700#c12), is that i need
to restart the device to enable it, i.e restart the device :
enable->disable->enable (this bug is still there).

But here in this mail, issue is: I need to enable the addon everytime
before launching of the app. Once app got killed, addon also disappeared.
It should get injected by itself after relaunching of app. But i have to
enable it manually (enable->disable->enable) to get injected.

Hope you are clear now. You can test this addon (
https://github.com/kumarrishav/sms-setting) and STR this bug.
