Yes both are different. What i reported on the bug ( https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1220700#c12), is that i need to restart the device to enable it, i.e restart the device : enable->disable->enable (this bug is still there).
But here in this mail, issue is: I need to enable the addon everytime before launching of the app. Once app got killed, addon also disappeared. It should get injected by itself after relaunching of app. But i have to enable it manually (enable->disable->enable) to get injected. Hope you are clear now. You can test this addon ( https://github.com/kumarrishav/sms-setting) and STR this bug.
