As per :khuey's intent-to-ship on dev.platform in mid-October[1],
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1196841 landed in Gecko 44
at the end of October, giving us un-prefixed versions of the much-abused
mozGetAll and mozGetAllKeys. Additionally, we now have[2] openKeyCursor
on IDBObjectStore (previously only on IDBIndex) which does not have a
(live-updating) `value`.
