Besides adding/removing panels for features (mostly done by feature implementers), in 2.5 cycle, we (settings developers) do lots of infrastructure change to better organize the source and serve the implementers. Please let us know what tools/lib you most want to have/what confuse you when you implement your panel/features. We work with UX (thanks Harly & Tina) to address 17+ UX improvements from foxfooding and non-blocker issue list, so hopefully Settings could better serve users as well. And now we are tracking recent development status & backlog (work list) in mozilla wiki https://wiki.mozilla.org/Gaia/Settings In backlog there are plenty of string change or simple tasks available to contribute, so feel free to ping me if you want to take one.
