Same problem here. According to https://wiki.mozilla.org/B2G/QA/Flame_OTA and https://github.com/Mozilla-TWQA/B2G-flash-tool the new channel nightly-b2g44 has not been created yet.
Instead, if the nightly-latest channel is used, you receive b2g45 which is FxOS 2.6. So I guess master has moved to 2.6 without the update channels being updated accordingly.
