The word "runtime" is generic and doesn't really mean the same thing as "emulator". Without context, the phrase "Firefox OS Runtime" could describe the runtime powering any B2G device/emulator/simulator, not just Mulet. For instance, the Java Runtime (JRE) runs on a number of physical and software platforms. I think that would be confusing.
"Firefox OS Runtime for Desktop" addresses that ambiguity, but it's long. I'd suggest "Firefox OS VM" instead, which at least makes it clearer that this is an emulator of sorts, not just the B2G runtime itself.
