I'm aware that those update channels work but I don't wish to be on the Master build at the moment. I'm on the branched version of 2.5 and those channels take me up to 2.6 (the Master branch).
If you check the "ftp" server that is linked on the "updating your flame" mdn page you'll see that 2.5 builds haven't been uploaded since the 9th so you can't even flash manually.
