Yes - for smartphone this may be of little value but as we move towards a 
connected devices world the browser will been to have different look and feel 
for different screen sizes.
e.g. - please don't take this as the areas we are already planning on  - We can 
not have the same browser on TV, Smartphone, watches, car, WoT devices etc

We have not yet defined which devices we may have but its worth keeping our 
options open and our platform flexible.
