There is some patterns in index.taskcluster.net URLS, see the 3rd path
element
  gecko.v1.mozilla-central.latest.linux.mulet.opt/artifacts
This is the route name you can see on the tools.taskcluster.net page.

You just need to put the right route and then the right path to the file:

https://index.taskcluster.net/v1/task/gecko.v2.mozilla-central.nightly.latest.b2g.win32-mulet-opt/artifacts/public/build/firefox-45.0a1.en-US.win32.zip

The url is built like this:
  https://index.taskcluster.net/v1/task/${ROUTE_NAME}/${PATH_TO_YOUR_FILE}

Note that the file names for windows and mac are still going to change at
every merge (the 45.0a1 part...).
