That's strange as there's definitely base-kk-caf.xml in my local b2g-manifest

BTW, my miata-3g-kk.xml manifest file makes reference to base-kk-caf.xml the
same way than flame-kk.xml manifest file:
<include name="base-kk-caf.xml"/>
And I'm not having problem configuring the build environment for flame-kk.xml:
emeric@emeric-DG41TY:~/Documents/B2G$ BRANCH=v2.0 ./config.sh flame-kk
