Hi Julien,
The app is installed when building and flashing Firefox OS, it is in the Gaia 
app folder.
As for the manifest and page URL, I'm sure it's the right one, I just added 
some debug statements to verify that.
If you check 
https://github.com/spatenotte/gecko/blob/master/dom/privacymonitor/PrivacyMonitor.js#L50,
 you can see them.
And the corresponding logcat output is:
