as Alberto pointed out you want the entry point for the dialer keyboard
in the communications app. On that topic, the callscreen app is going to
be removed today as part of bug 1227980 [1] so you won't encounter it
anymore anyway. I suggest to also keep an eye on bug 1046090 [2] because
we're planning to split the dialer from to contacts so the entry points
will change at some point (though not in the immediate future).
