Not sure, seems v18E not officially released to Mozilla? It may fixed some stability issues at BSP but I don't know details.

To my knowledge, this is the first time I see v18E base image. Flame base image used to be v18D, not v18E. I've noticed that v18E is incremental build #66 whereas v18D is #65. Besides build # and time, is there any difference between these builds (same source code revisions)? By chance, do you still own a backup copy of the Flame rescue tool?
