I agree, an IRC channel would make discussions a bit more "instant" ...
and it would give OXID "noobs" the ability to get immediate help,
without registering for the mailing list...
Another possibility would be to arrange "IRC meetings" where certain
points could be discussed (planned new features - e.g. Zend Framework
integration, etc.)
