Hi, Very good point. We will remove the functions.php from the Update/Patch packages at all (will be fixed as bug).
About cust_lang - it's already included in changed_full dir (means, should be reviewed by updater personaly). Also in templ_docu report there is shown, that only year was changed copyright info in this file. But, to avoid such cases in future, we will remove the year from copyright info at all.
