Hi, the problem might have resulted from insufficient webspace in your case, but in other cases with plenty of space left, it also occurrs. We have at least two customers with OXID EE 4 where this problem appeared from time to time.
I guess it has something to do with different worker threads trying to write the file at the same time, but like Aurimas already wrote, it's already in the bugtracker. As a workaround, you can look for the filename (class_file_path) in the source code and comment out the code that writes and reads that file. It's in the core cache class if I remember correctly, and commenting out the code didn't cause a measurable performance loss in those two shops (even though in that case the class file paths have to be detected by the autoloader each time).
