Hello, if you're using an enterprise edition, then you'll have to update the database views. As far as I can tell you have to do this several times. I've had trouble with this, too, even after updating the views. Independent of the shop edition, you will have to clear the tmp folder to remove the database-structure cache files. Try updating the views and clearing the tmp a couple of times. As far as I can tell, this doesn't always work the first time in the 4.5.0...
