Hello,
Old "basic" theme emails were not changed, only "azure" theme emails were
changed. And header.tpl and footer.tpl are only in "azure" theme. Old
"basic" theme emails will work as before. If you want to use azure emails
in basic theme, you can easily do this - simply copy azure emails (including
header.tpl and footer.tpl) to basic theme emails folder and they will work.
