the same problem every time ;) @Oxid Team Since Oxid is AFAIK the only shopping system which does not ship with a paypal module you should consider to remove it from efire and publish a (open source) module instead. Have you ever had a look at your efire accounts? How many of them only use paypal and you never earned any money from them? I believe paypal in efire just produces expenses for traffic and support and IMHO it doesn't make any sense to pipe paypal payments through efire at all.
