It has been closed as duplicate of 
https://bugs.oxid-esales.com/view.php?id=4011 - and this one is marked as 
"suspended", which means it has been added to backlog to be resolved completely 
sometimes later. This is normally made on issues which are more complicated or 
complex and need some more codework throughout the shop.

Hello guys,

I'm referring to the following bug:

Why has this been marked as resolved? Having installed Version 4.6.5, this 
still throws out lots of customers in our ordering process.

Is there anyone here who experienced the same behavior on client shops?
