<http://www.lascana.de> has done it with oxid. The main / canonical url is
like this, but ...

... but for special breadcrumbs urls like <
http://www.lascana.de/tankini/buegel-bandeau-tankini-lascana-10006646986.html<http://www.lascana.de/tankini/buegel-bandeau-tankini-lascana-10006646986.html?so=direct>>
are enabled.
Enamora.de for example, disables realistic Breadcrumbs with magento
completely. Products like <
http://www.enamora.de/simone-perele-celeste-push-up-bh-elfenbein.html> show
the same breadcrumb every time.

Your wish is a heavy task and in most cases too expensive to implement. You
must use sessions or GET-Parameters. And every case disables good and
complete caching or requires additional javascripts. imho breadcrumbs thru
an url are the only realistic way. No special url, no special breadcrumb.

Regards,
Björn
