Hi Matthias,
your metadata.php ist missing some entries. Unfortunately you have to include
all of them ('files'. 'extend', 'templates', 'blocks', 'events', 'settings')
even if they are empty.
If entries are missing then you won't be able to activate the module. Yes, the
non-existent error message does not help.
