this url should be per delivery and not global settings,
there are a lot of shops using more than one delivery service.

Hi everybody,

we decided to add a new feature, related to bug #2164, to the dev-branch - to be published with the next major version.

This feature was contributed by @tabls (Proudsourcing, thanks a lot!) with the pull request #94:
https://github.com/OXID-eSales/oxideshop_ce/pull/94

The before hard coded URL for the delivery tracking can now be configured in the admin panel, no need for writing a module any more:

Master settings->Core Settings->Settings->Other Settings->Parcel service tracking URL.

When the delivery tracking code is set, tracking appears close to the order: Administer Orders->Orders->Main->Tracking Link
