Hi Roman,
with pagespeed from google you can combine css and javascript files,
without touching your files or build structure.
This a module for apache or nginx server.
A hint:
e.g IE 9 browsers have problem with css selector count more than 4500 in
one file.
This module will pay attention of this bug.
