Good catch. I’ve added a sentence to our docs, stating that the field is only used by the OpenCellID (OCID) project. We don’t have any intention to calculate and maintain it on the MLS side. We couldn’t come up with a convincing use-case for this field. But since it’s been in the OCID export data for a long time, we agreed to keep it in the shared format.
