Mozilla's Community Engagement team is defining "contributor pathways" to give interested contributors a roadmap to "level up" within the Mozilla community.

For Mozilla's Location Services and MozStumbler projects, we need to define criteria to distinguish different levels of contributions: "Casual", "Active", and "Core".

I've started an etherpad with some ideas at [1]. Some concrete examples from other Mozilla projects are at [2].

Please share your feedback in email or the etherpad! For example, I don't have a good feeling for when a stumbler moves from "Casual" to "Active" contributor. And speaking of contributors, we have 7 more stumblers on the Leaderboard [3] since I created that etherpad yesterday! :)

thanks,
chris
