If you look at the work-in-progress code [1], most of it is very much Firefox 
OS specific. Starting with all the cell/wifi APIs, logging subsystem and even 
the event/thread/process model.

I think there's almost no concrete overlap between this code and geoclue2, even 
if both of them are doing similar things.
