We have a development system on openzim.org which can be reached by RDP / VNC and runs Windows XP. Installed is also MinGW and Eclipse. For Symbian porting (to run zimreader on Nokia mobile devices) we have the Symbian SDK installed there as well. So if you know developers we would be happy if you could get them into the project.
