Dear openZIM team, as announced I started the planning of the next developers meeting.
To be able to find a good weekend for it I set up a Doodle vote. We still have a budget left for this meeting which I will use to cover accommodation and meals. If we decide early enough we can check to get an appartement, this will be cheaper for accommodation and provides a kitchen which will save a lot of money for meals. And by the way we would save a lot of time during the day, having everything around. Annette will again take care of the catering and the daily buffet. If you have another proposal where to hold the meeting feel free to add! Just keep the budget in mind.
