We have inquired several locations for accommodation, catering and the
meeting room.
We are having two problems currently:
* double number of participants (which is indeed great!)
* only 1200 CHF left of budget
and of course we want to cover at least accommodation and catering with
our budget.
My wife is currently collecting the last offers so we can compile a list
of options which I want to send you in the next two days, so we fix the
orders.
For you Tomasz we will just book another night, so no need to worry
about finding another place to stay.
BTW, is the WMF willing to cover some of the costs for the meeting, say
your expenses?
