Added a test-public-webapp to circumvent the fact that Jetty extracts and
deploys in /.../webapp, so we can't use Magnolia's property system to deploy
the same {{war}} as an author and a public instance. See notes in pom.xml files.
Added basic test related to gzip (had them locally since a long time, needed
the infrastructure)
