It *seems* that per default the cache doesn't get's flushed when activating
items out of the data module, until one defines it in the correpsonding config:
modules/cache/config/configurations/default/flushPolicy/repositorys: 2 data
this is bad, as data items are not isoltated and will be shown on the website
normally so flush should be flushed then.
