:
* added shutdown() method to ContentRepository instead of using a ShutdownTask,
and use Provider.shutdownRepository() (was unused)
* removed ShutdownTask
* deprecated and simplified ShutdownManager - is not a ServletContextListener
anymore
* ConfigLoader is now use for startup AND shutdown - MgnlServletContextListener
keeps a reference to it
