New feature for easier updating/publishing of pages (proposed by a customer of
us):
In the edit view of a webpage, add next to 'Preview' / 'AdminCentral' a new
button 'Activate' with the same functionality as 'Activate this page' in the
AdminCentral.
This allows faster editing/publishing.
