Group Selector: hides following edit bar

I have created a group selector with two Groups. This will result in the
following edit bar not being rendered. If the group selector is the last entry
in the form, it will not allow me to create another form field (because the bar
is not rendered).
I have attached the export from the JCR browser if it is any use.
