The ones with "bundle" in the name indeed use new bundle PMs. The ones without
"bundle" in the name use the old simple PMs.
The only mysql configuration where I would expect to see bundle PM and did not,
was the cluster configuration, which was dropped anyway. So, this is solved
unless you meant to DELETE all non-bundle configurations. If that was the case,
then reopen.
