Can't use custom dialogs in paragraph dialog definitions

If I want to have a custom dialog when editing paragraph properties or want to
use jsExecutedAfterSave or on change, that dialogs are set to use always
ParagraphEditDialog so looks for this custom changes where this dialog is
defined ignoring the class you specified in your dialog definition.
