Status Light of an active subscriber
------------------------------------

                 Key: MAGNOLIA-2630
                 URL: http://jira.magnolia-cms.com/browse/MAGNOLIA-2630
             Project: Magnolia
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: admininterface
    Affects Versions: 3.6.3
            Reporter: Olivier Marti
            Assignee: Philipp Bracher

When working on my local author instance, from time to time I set up an active
subscriber here and there to directly being able to activate data onto an other
instance.
When I go now ahead, messing with the site or configuration locally I need to
check everytime before I do something if I have an active subscriber or not in
the configuration, which is not very handy.

So I suggest to implement a status light somewhere (in the lower left corner
maybe) which indicates if an active subscriber is set. Even cooler would it be
if that indicator is checking automatically now and then if the subscriber is
online and showing this we a green (yeah, go ahead) or red (no answer from
subscriber buddy).

It's not critical what so ever, but a typically "nice to have" feature.
