add "send page" functionality to STK templates

No that we can send pages, we should provide that functionality to the visitors
of a site - add a "send page" button next to "print / Bookmark" seems a good
place. Page should be sent using the defined server, not the client (that would
only send a link anyways).
We might want to add a captcha such that this mechanisms cannot be used by bots
to send a page to a million users. Kind of stupid idea but who knows.
