Hi all,
I just branched Magnolia 4.0 from the trunk. (i.e it already contains
the few fixes mentioned in jira)
The trunk is now the development trunk for Magnolia 4.1
Patches can be backported to the branch to be included in Magnolia
4.0.2 and future releases.
To switch your local copy to the branch:
svn switch
http://svn.magnolia-cms.com/svn/community/magnolia/branches/magnolia-4.0/
To merge changes FROM the trunk to the branch - if your LOCAL COPY IS
the branch:
svn merge -c REVISIONNUMBER
http://svn.magnolia-cms.com/svn/community/magnolia/trunk

ps: I used maven to create this branch. Pretty easy, as it modified
the pom files for me - as simple as:
mvn -DbranchName=magnolia-4.0 release:branch
