And call super.tearDown() in the right order.
And reset MgnlContext as well.
Simplified the test case and ensured cleanup of the factory utils after
running the test.
Added explicit dependency to commons-beanutils-1.7 and test to ensure we
notice the issue if we ever change this dependency without fixing commands
first.
