Since fixing the MAGNOLIA-2038, last dot character, separating the name from
the extension is not removed anymore, thus method returns incorrect handles.
call to {{URI2RepositoryManager.getInstance().getHandle("/mycontent.html)}}
will return {{/mycontent.}} instead of {{/mycontent}}.
