The issue is caused by the non-existent {{MetaData}} child definition for
{{mgnl:forum}} type. The fix needs to add the definition and to update existing
forums as well.
Apart from that, the second activation attempt fails due to missing
{{ordering_info}} property (see attached stacktrace).
