Currently it is not possible to restrict access to tabs within a dialog by
specifying appropriate ACLs in the user role. All the tabs are visible all the
times disrespective to the ACL setting.
The use case:
- Allowing only certain user groups (power-editor) to enter some information
and hiding the "special" options from the ordinary users.
- When using i18n paragraphs, show to translator only tabs for default language
and for the language they are translating to, hiding all other language tabs.
